The cookies were actually really good! The graham cracker adds an interesting dimension to the standard (but still delectable) chocolate chip cookie. Part of me wondered what it would have been like if I crushed graham cracker into crumbs (and left larger chunks) rather than using the boxed crumbs. Alas, a recipe for another day!
This is a good appetizer before dinner or while entertaining.

We’re a big fan of the peanut butter cookie. Even more so if there are chocolate chunks involved… but we’ve made them so many times, we wanted to try something new.
These strawberry vanilla pancakes are great for breakfast any day of the week! And if you have any extra blueberries hanging around in the refrigerator like we did, you can add those too! (Or chocolate chips, or coconut shavings — anything that tickles your palate…)
